Gift Wrapping and Messages
Each edition comes in a plain card packet to keep it safe.
We don’t include a paper receipt and there will be no visible price stickers, so you can post a gift directly to your recipient with confidence.
To include a free gift message with your order, simply select this option at the checkout.
We have a secure checkout managed by global payment gateway Stripe. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and you can always contact us on email@example.com. This email confirmation will also act as your receipt. If you have questions about your order, please write to us and include your order reference number.
All of our deliveries are tracked and signed for and we offer a standard shipping speed and rate. We want to be fair and transparent with pricing, so shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and are charged only at cost.
We’re a tiny operation, and orders are sent out weekly on a Thursday. Order by Wednesday evening and we’ll ship that week, but if you miss the deadline don’t worry - it’ll go out in the next shipment. Please note that our couriers don’t make deliveries on Sundays or public holidays and that our dispatch may take a little longer during busier periods such as Christmas.
We ship internationally with Royal Mail. Please note that you may be additionally charged for local import duties and customs charges, and these are to be paid by the customer. Similarly any return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
We take our environmental impact seriously and we use recycled, recyclable or biodegradable packaging wherever it is available.
You’ve worked hard for your money so if you see something that you like but then change your mind, please feel reassured that we will return hassle-free.
To make a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and what you’d like to send back, and we’ll send over the returns instructions. Please note that if the item contains protective wrapping inside the parcel (for example, shrinkwrap on a vinyl record) then it must be returned with this unopened and intact, unless you’re returning the product because it’s faulty.
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days thereafter. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back unused and in its original packaging. Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price only upon arrival at our address and so we recommend using a trackable delivery service. Please note that unless the item is faulty, the outwards and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to make it up to you.
